Dr. David Edwards and Earth Bound Homes have founded "The Bay Area Building Science Collaborative" (BABSC). This is a unique, exciting, interactive, and informative monthly workshop series on Building Science and the future of residential and commercial design and building.

Everyone is Welcome!
In 2025 we will meet four times throughout the year at unique venues, including a Passive House project. We enjoy appetizers, beverages, and networking at the start of each meeting and offer our attendees a panel of industry experts who will speak on topics that are relevant to building science.

We believe a panel is more exciting, allowing differing points of view and providing our attendees with an educational and fun learning component at each workshop/meeting.

This interactive and collaborative meeting is designed for Architects, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Trade Partners, and homeowners interested in building science, green building, and the future of architecture, design, and the varied construction industries - residential and commercial.
